L'amour qu'ils y ont mis était incroyable ainsi que l'accueil, la gentillesse et l'hospitalité qu'ils nous ont réservés. Et tout était très bien organisé. Nous, Allemands adorons ça! 2. Jouer avec Gus & Fin et UkeHeidi est un excellent souvenir. Ce sont de grands musiciens. J'étais un peu perdue avec tous ces gens qui parlaient français donc j'ai demandé aux écossais s'ils voudraient jouer. Il a fallu trouver un langage musical commun mais après on s'est éclaté et j'ai vraiment apprécié le moment. Après ça le problème de langue s'est globalement dissipé. 3. Jouer de la musique toute la nuit au feu de camp était super aussi. 1. I loved the participation of the whole little village in this event. Great with how much love they decorated the place and how they welcomed us with great friendlyness and hospitality. And everything was very well organized. We Germans love that! 2. I have great memories of playing with Gus and Fin and Ukeheidi, they are great musicians. With all those french-speaking people around I felt a bit lost and so I asked the scottish guys if they would like to try some music together. It took a bit to find a musical language together but then it was great fun and a performance I really enjoyed. After that the language thing got much easier in general. 3.The playing music all night at the campfire was great also.  Etape 2: trouver un ukulélé bas de gamme! Step 2: finding a low cost ukulele!

Ses 3 meilleurs souvenirs du FIUL / Her TOP 3 FIUL memories: 1. Ma traversée du "désert" - oh pardon, le terrain de foot = camping, en trainant ma tente + matelas pneumatique, pour enfin échapper au gang des ronfleurs, mené par Adrien. La nuit suivante fût (ce qu'il en restait ...) peaceful. 2. Quand j'ai gagné mon FLEA à la loterie. Maintenant je l'adoooooore ! 3. Les retrouvailles tous les jours avec les participants des pays limitrophes, anglais (RedPaul = mon chouchou!), allemands, hollandais, super-sympas tous, et tous les français venus de loin (Prof. Yalego, mon idole). Un petit matin, près du grand feu, il a joué et chanté pour un petit nombre (dont moi, Pat) ouauooooooooo! Un régale ! 1. Having been through the wringer - oups, sorry, the football field = camping, dragging my tent + inflatable mattress to escape the snoring gang lead by Adrien. The following night (what was left of it...) was peaceful. 2. When I won my FLEA during the raffle. I loooooooooove it! 3. Getting to meet all the people from the bordering countries, English (RedPaul = my favorite!), German, Dutch, all super cool, and all the French that came from far away (Professor Yalego, my idol). On morning, next to the fire, he played and sang for a few of us (including myself, Pat) Wow! What a treat!
