| Comment as-tu commencé le ukulélé et depuis combien de temps en joues-tu ? Il doit y avoir 6 ou 7 ans, j'écoutais un album de Dionysos qui comportait quelques morceaux au ukulélé. J'ai eu envie d'essayer. Je joue de la guitare depuis longtemps, alors la prise en main a été assez rapide et je me suis bien amusé tout de suite avec cette petite bête. Jouer des morceaux tendance punk avec un ukulele donne tout de suite un coté décalé qui me plait bien!! Parle nous de tes ukulélés bidons. Quand est-ce que l'aventure a commencé, pourquoi, etc. J'avais vu des images sur internet de ukulélés ou de guitares fabriqués avec des bidons. Je trouvais l'objet joli, ça me faisait envie....Alors j'ai essayer de m'en fabriquer un! Il m'a quand même fallu 3 ou 4 essais avant d'arriver à un résultat satisfaisant. Et puis j'ai essayé d'en vendre un sur ebay et suprise (!), ça a marché!!! Ensuite, j'ai crée une page sur myspace, puis sur facebook pour faire un peu la promo de mes p'tits ukubidons. Depuis j'ai eu le plaisir d'en faire pour Dionysos (ils s'en sont servi sur un morceau de leur tournée acoustique en 2009), pour le Maxi Monster Music Show (actuellement en tournée avec Raymond Butor l'homme fort le plus petit du monde au ukubidon), pour Olivier Beranger qui en joue quelquesfois sur scene, pour Toufo (chanteur rigolo qui a participé à la BO de Titeuf ("Lâchez Moi Le Slip", c'est lui!)) et puis plein de gens sympas qui gratouillent leur ukubidon dans leur salle de bain! Parce que les gens qui jouent du ukulélé (ukulelelistes?) sont sympas (les routiers et autre motards n'ont qu'à bien s'tenir!), ça me fait donc plaisir de participer à cette grande réunion de ukulelelistes (allez, j'le tente). Autre chose à ajouter? Dernier mot? J'espère pouvoir venir mais je n'en suis pas certain, Lerrain étant relativement loin de chez moi... En tout cas, AMUSEZ VOUS BIEN!! | What made you start playing the ukulele and how long have you been playing it? It must have been 6 or 7 years ago, while listening to a Dionysos album that had a few ukulele songs. It got me into trying it. I have been playing guitar for a long time so I quickly got used to the uke and immediately had fun with it. Playing punk songs on a ukulele gives an offbeat feeling that I quite like!! Tell us a bit more about can ukes. When did it start and why? I had seen pictures on the internet of ukuleles or guitars made out of cans. I thought that looked nice and tempted me... So I tried to make one! It took me at least 3 or 4 tries before the result was satisfying. Then I tried to sell one on ebay and, surprisingly (!), it worked!!! I then created a myspace and a facebook page to promote my can ukes. Since, I've had the pleasure to make some for Dionysos (they played them on one of their songs during their 2009 unplugged tour), for the Maxi Monster Music Show (now touring with Raymond Butor, the smallest and strongest can uke player in the world), for Olivier Beranger that sometimes plays them on stage, for Toufo (fun singer who participated in Titeuf's soundtrack ("Lâchez Moi Le Slip" ("Let Go My Underwear") is from him!)) and lots of other cool people that strum their can ukes in their bathroom!
